The Rewind 2.0 Balisong knife is awesome, this is my second butterfly knife and there is absolutely no comparison between the two. The 2.0 is so balanced that a novice like myself had no trouble opening and closing it after a short training session. Excellent quality and workmanship.

I was very impressed with the speed of delivery, I ordered early early in the morning and it was waiting for me when I got home the next day. I live in Arizona, about 150 miles away from their shop, but still, pretty impressive.
The knife is a work of craftsmanship, the balance and silky action shows you why it was worth the money over a $30 budget balisong, which is what my last one was. This one is so precise and smooth in every way. And very sharp too.

Phenomenal quality and craftsmanship! I couldn’t be happier with my Balisong. RavenCrest provides some of the best value for knife enthusiast and they stand behind their products. I own several knives; Microtech (Auto.OTFs), Benchmade (Auto/OTFs), MOD (Autos), and several other manufactures fixed blades and folders. I also own a RavenCrest OTF and its held up under regular use for the last few years with no issues and I know my Balisong will as well.

I’ve been very impressed with the quality of this knife. I’ve not had one for 30 yrs and decided to get one. This is a well built knife. The blade is sharp as I’ve learned a couple times trying different techniques. Its a bit heavy when flipping but I’ve been very happy with it from day one. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. No buyers remorse here.

Really nice knife. I’ve been flipping it for a few days now and I’m really impressed with how smooth it is . The blade came reasonably sharp but the knife came a little dirty but nothing a quick wipe down with alcohol couldn’t fix to get that dirt off . Had to loctite the pivot screws but that’s standard with most balisongs . Overall a really nice knife and I’m very happy with my purchase .

This is the best value balisong I’ve tried. It’s up there with Benchmade balisongs at 1/3 the price. A lot better than the Bear and Sons that I’ve used. It has a nice weight and finish with the edges rounded off. The only thing that I don’t like is the latch. It doesn’t have a spring, it’s a tight fit, and it has a strange screw design so I have to adjust it often .

This knife is amazing. I picked one up as a gift for my brother and when he opened it up (with a custom engraving done by RavenCrest) and so how beautiful it was he got choked up for a second! It is now his daily carry and he finds any excuse you can imagine whip that thing out and “open” things. 100% Satisfied and would/will buy again.

Not sure if these are paid reviews or I got a dud or something? But man is this a terrible knife, for $100 wow.. I mean, my $40 balisong is better than this thing. First off, the latch is terrible, it comes to tight for comfort when I need two hands to open and close, and it’s a weird design where it’s like a screw so it goes shorter when u flip it making you have to move it back to the top to latch it. Second, this is a Terrible flipper, out the box it’s super tight and even after hours of flipping it’s not loosening. Then, to top it off one of the blade screws came off while I was flipping 🤦🏽♂️ like, what? You really can’t be charging $100 for this. That’s a waste, and nowhere do I even see a “refund” option. Sad

Bad ass Bali! Not sure why everyone’s complaining about the clip. It’s adjustable AND lockable when you have it where you want it. You need to use a T7 bit to tighten the locking screw at the end of the clip against the adjustable larger nut. After that, it stays perfect until you decide to move it. My biggest gripe with Ravencrest, however, has always been the HORRIBLE quality screws they use. It’s almost like the heads strip if you look at them wrong. That one change in design and manufacture would make a HUGE difference in quality.

I didn’t want to review it like this but the first day I got this knife it worked beautifully but by the second day it was ridged and hard to move. A week later the screw popped off and the entire handle flew out of my hands and hit me in the eye when I was practicing. I’ve never rated something so low in my life.

I love Ravencrest and have an amazing OTF knife. I was looking forward to buying a balisong and I ended up buying 2. The first one straight out of the box I did one flip and either the latch screw came out or it never existed. The second one I bought i made sure I tightened the latch screw and flipped it for maybe 30 minutes before one of the blade screws fell out. Idk if they need a redesign but definitely not a Ravencrest “Tank Tough” knife like my OTF is.
