Our Kukri Phantom Assist Open Tactical Folding Knife is always at the ready!

The Kukri Phantom’s blade design gives you exceptional slashing and penetrating power. It features a satin finish 440C stainless steel blade that is resistant to corrosion and easy to sharpen.

The Kukri Phantom opens with a flash after being opened approximately 30º using the thumb stud or “flipper” along the spine of the blade. The blade then automatically locks into place for a sturdy fixed blade like feel.

The durable G10 handle scales make for a secure non-slip grip while the liner lock and internal parts are made from beefy stainless steel.

The Kukri Phantom Assist Open Tactical Knife can easily be concealed in a pocket, jacket or bag so there is never any excuse not to take it with you…This is a tactical folder that you will always want to have by your side.

Now you guys are just showing off! The new Kukri Phantom! What a beauty!! This assisted opening flipper is Awesome – worth every cent of the $69 asking price, but you sent it to RavenPac members in January 2018 – Thank You!! This is my new EDC, and everything you could want in an EDC – the sharpest blade I’ve ever had on a new knife, pocket clip, glass breaker, flips out fast, perfectly centered blade, no play, perfect liner lock-up, very handsome, and rough & tough to boot. It really is the perfect EDC!! Love it!!

I recently got this knife in my Ravenpac box, and i could not be happier! I am not sure if this is a coincidence, or if they really do listen to their customers, but i suggested a kukri in a review of a previous months knife…. AND THIS MONTH THEY DELIVER!! Raven Crest really is thee bees knees, the cats meow, or any other cheesy phrase you can think of for “bada** and amazing”

Got this from the monthly subscription, it’s ok, not great. Fasteners are rough, blade has scratches. My main complaint is the blade is disproportionate to the scales. It’s really thin. Definitely not a Cold Steel Spartan.

Awesome folder, if you’re right handed.
This knife came as the January Knife of the month, at first I was totally taken in by the knife. Flipper is awesome, but when trying to open via the thumb, there isn’t any thumb stud for someone left handed. Ravencrest you missed out on a perfect folding knife by omitting an ambi-thumb stud.

I like it. I’ve honestly never had much affection for Kukris but this is a nice knife. I’m also not a huge fan of glass breakers, I think they hurt the aesthetics. That said this knife is well built and I’m very happy I own it. Make us box members a new fixed blade cleaver 🙂

Package was damaged upon arrival, knife had brown mark along the top of the blade that I have polished off, and the blade edge itself was damaged.

First knife that I revived from the monthly that I really didn’t like. Its more square handle making it uncomfortable in the hands to use, glass breaker is just put on with out tightening it or securing it. Thumb pen is for right handed only and I am left handed. Feels like quality but put together with spare/ left over parts make it uncomfortable.

I received this as part of the RavenPac monthly subscription, on January 22, 2018.

The box waa slightly damaged but the knife itself was not. But hey the government was shut down for the weekend , so you can’t blame the Postal Service for the damaged box. LOL.

The knife is smooth opening and closing. The assisted opening tab is nice to ensure quick opening. The line lock works without a flaw.

The blade sharpness is very good. The handle is checkered well for grip and control.

I also like that the clip can be changed from side to side.

Just received the January 2018 Ravenspack Club Knife. While I was extremely happy that this month’s offering was a folder, that is where my happiness stopped. The blade seems small in comparison to the scales and the blade is thin compared to the other Ravenscrest knives so have received. I do like the way the scales feel. The liner lock is so oversized I had to used a pair of padded pliers to close the knife the 1st couple of times. The knife does seem to be loosening up a bit. I feel that a knife is like a great pair of tactical boots, they should both feel great immediately and not require a break-in period. I have “mini” knives that have thicker blades than this knife. A few positive notes, all the knives I have received from Ravenscrest have proven to be tough and they perform well, so I hope this proves to be as tough. The scales give you a great grip so I don’t see the knife slipping in your grip if wet or even bloody. The glass breaker and lanyard hole seem to be perfect as with the 1st knife I received. If someone breaks in my car and it is stolen I have not lost much of an investment. It almost seems like these knives were assembled quickly or from spare parts that don’t really match up but I know this is a cataloged item.
I highly value every other Ravenscrest knife I own but this is an exception. Hopefully some improvements will be made to this knife as the basic design is awesome.

As a brand new member, I had my concerns. What kind of a knife could you get for $9.99?
I received my knife today & to tell you the truth, I was somewhat amazed to see that EVERY thing about the knife was right. Blade grind great, blade nicely centered, liner lock bar early with
plenty of room for wear, great g10 scales, etc. Yes the blade is a little shorter than it could be
for the handle, but I have NO problem with what I got. Eagerly waiting to see what next months going to be. Also a word of advice, before you flame a review, see if you get what you got replaced.

This just earned a place in EDC rotation. Titan OTF is still #1.
Just the feel when taking it out of the box says quality. It is solid, well finished and sharp! I have other knives with Spiders on them that cost more and aren’t as nice. Its a winner!

Just joined the Ravenpac, and got this little beauty today.
So far I’m loving the design and the grip is phenomenal. The blade is sharp, the assisted open is smooth, and the liner lock is beefy.
I will agree that an ambi thumb-stud would be great, the flipper switch and dual carry clip holes make life just as easy for us southpaws.
All in all I think this is a badass start to the 2018 pac lineup. Keep ‘em coming guys!

Can’t believe I got this in a RavenPac! Such a steal. Assisted open, glass breaker, pocket clip, and aggressive kukri blade. This became my new EDC, and I love it! My only recommendation is to add some Loctite to the glass breaker, it is at risk of being lost.

This is my third knife in the club… overall a good rounded selection. I can’t say I would have bought these knives but for this price I just can’t complain. Although I would not have purchased these knives / I love trying new things; so receiving them makes me very pleased, each of them are different and I really do enjoy having them. I am looking forward to future selections that you will make. This particular knife (actually all three so far) was not as sharp as I like… but my Ken Onion knife sharpener did the trick on that. The shape of the blade is really the selling point. Love that. The opening function is satisfactory. Good job / thanks.

Follow-Up; Ok, so the knife was great…. when I did the review earlier I never expected that I would also be fortunate enough to actually interface with the RavenPac Club Staff, these guys are on the ball. I guess I don’t read enough and was not aware that Ravencrest knives can be sent into them for sharpening as part of their lifetime warranty program; WOW. This club is the best (but if you are reading this then you already know that). I don’t want to ‘RAVE’ too much (Get it… ‘Rave’nCrest, lol) but really felt that I should update my earlier post. Thanks.

I’m surprised it’s not a bad folder. It was fairly sharp out of the box and the action was fair but quickly got better with a little oil and adjustments to the tension. Cuts fairly well considering the grind and the steel quality. Carries nice in the pocket and comes out of the pocket very easy. I like the glass breaker feature. Overall a nice choice for the monthly knife club.

Excellent knife. Unlike many, I use my knives and have found Ravencrest knives to be top of the line. To those with a problem, call Customer Service they, also, are Top of the line. I just finished using my “Kuri Phantom Assist” as a skinning knife on my last deer hunt. It worked like a charm on three deer. Yes three. In Oklahoma, we are allowed six a year.

Been a club member for over a year now and this is by far my favorite knife that I’ve received and is now my new EDC knife. Came out of the box sharp, feels good in the hand, smooth operation etc etc. The day I got this, I was driving to work late at night (snowy/icy roads in Alaska) and came across a car flipped on it’s side with a young female driver inside unable to get out. I couldnt open the doors so I told her to move into the backseat so I could use my sweet new knife with a glass breaker! I smashed in the front windshield after 6-8 blows with the knife. I believe it worked very well. However, my only complaint is that the glass breaker doesn’t stay tight, threads aren’t long enough or something. Put some loctite on things like that, come on! Look forward to the next one though.

I love kukri blades, so I was very excited for this blade when I got my Ravenpac. Operation is flawless, blade sharp, no issues. Blade is beautiful. Blade does seem a bit thin for a kukri, and the the knife seems a bit handle heavy for a folder of this size.
But naturally, because it is a kukri, I chopped stuff with it. It didn’t perform amazing, and I hand to hold way back on the handle to but it did chop through some branches and boards. After chopping, there was no play in the blade. The only issues were that after the repeated vibration of chopping, the liner lock had moved so far over I couldn’t operate with a thumb, and had to push it over with a hard object. The other issue was that the glass breaker had vibrated a little loose. Easily resolved.
This blade could definitely be improved if it was a bit heavier and more weight forward. Otherwise, great knife.

Very nice knife. Handle is comfortable. The assisted opening is fast and seems durable. Knife has a strong back. Only con is it is a bit big for everyday use. Overall very impressed!

Truly a great knife, the only thing I would say needs to be done with it is that it needs to sit lower in the pocket but that’s only my opinion.

One of the best knives I have received in the past 6 months! And then the knives stopped showing up and I keep getting charged. Buyer beware!

My favorite blade so far!! Every knife I have received through the RavenPac club has exceeded my expectations but the Phantom Kukri tops them all. Every knife I have received has been very sharp out of the box! I’m an avid knife collector and user and I don’t think you can find a better value anywhere. If you love knives like I do join RavenPac Club

Got this knife as part of the RavenPac and overall, I am happy with the knife. Great size and proportions, as well as being very sharp out of the box. The only negative I really see is the quality of the handle. It seems coarse or less refined, like the “fit and finish” was rushed or not prioritized. If you want a really good “random task” knife, or something to keep on the side of your kit, this works well. But I wouldn’t want it in my pocket everyday.

I have had ever knife brand out there spyderco, Kershaw, zero tolerance, and the rest. Raven pac knives are the real deal. I like to use and carry my knives and these raven pac knives hold up well! Do yourself a favor and sign up for the club. Honestly the highlight of my month when I get a new knife from these guys.
