I received this as a raven pac shipment, and I was very struck by its beauty and construction. Clean lines, and great anesthetics really came together here. The only thing turning me off about the folders they’ve produced, is the choice of a liner lock as the locking mechanism. I’ve had too many close calls with liner lock failures for me to ever be comfortable using them. Just a slight twitch, and the blade can guillotine down on your fingers in an instant. I love the knife, but I don’t feel safe using it due to the lock choice. Liner locks are easy to make and produce, but not the safest option for the user. Even the titanic liners on Zero Tolerance knives have failed people from the bar shifting just slightly. Lockbacks, or some kind of compression system would serve these knives much better. Also, tip up carry would by a nice touch. But, overall, the knife is well put together and very pleasant to hold, if the clip does bite a bit into the palm somewhat. I think if you enjoy simple, fun knives, this would be a good option to consider.

I know this is not as good as some out there, I normally carry a Benchmade AFO good company and quality but this one feels so comfortable in the hands and feels like its very well made. I can honestly say it ranks up there because of the price (I got off the monthly subscription). The only down fall is the steel quality. In short this will be in my rotation on my EDC and you wouldn’t regret buying it.

VERY pleased with this knife! The style and design, feel and shape of this knife is great! The only two things I would change are the thickness-but as stated, it feels great in the hand! The weight is a bit much for an EDC as well. It doesn’t have a lot of ‘assisted opening’ but there is some felt spring to it. But is smooth, tight, and works very well! Nicely done RT!

This is a very well made knife! It’s sharp and carry’s well in the pocket. Well done RT.
